Ingredients Directions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Put the bread in a blender and process until the bread turns into crumbs.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium high heat and spray with cooking spray. Add the bell pepper and cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Take off of heat and mix in green onion, milk, margarine, mustard, seasoning, and cayenne.
  5. Mix in 3/4 cup crumbs, crab, and parsley to blend.
  6. Top with the bread crumbs, coat with cooking spray, and bake for 20 minutes.
  7. Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese on top and serve.
