1 oz  chopped pecans
1 1/2 oz  Soup, ramen noodle, oriental flavor, dry, serving
8 cup  salad greens
0 1/2 cup  red onion, sliced
9 oz  cooked chicken breast, diced
0 1/2 cup  chopped dates
0 1/4 cup  balsamic vinegar
3 tbsp  sugar
0 1/4 tsp  salt
1 1/2 oz  Cheese, blue, crumbled
  1. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Add in the nuts and the noodle soup mix. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
  2. Take off of the heat and set aside.
  3. Evenly divide the onions, chicken, dates, and greens on 4 plates.
  4. To make the dressing, pour the vinegar, sugar, and salt in a jar. Place the lid on and shake to blend.
  5. Drizzle the dressing over each plate and sprinkle with blue cheese.
