Ingredients Directions
  1. Toast the bread until lightly browned.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium high heat. Spray the skillet with cooking spray, add the chicken, and cook for 4 minutes, then turn over and cook the other side for another 4 minutes.
  3. Take the chicken off of the skillet, spread with cheese, add the onions, and cover so that the cheese will melt.
  4. Mix the mayonnaise, mustard, and oregano in a bowl and smear on the bread.
  5. Place the greens on the bread and place 1 piece of chicken on top of each.
