Ingredients Directions
  1. Spray a large nonstick pan with nonstick cooking spray and heat over medium high heat. Add roast, brown on all sides.
  2. Place roast into a 4-5 quart slow cooker sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the cranberry sauce, steak sauce, brown sugar, and mustard; add to slow cooker.
  4. Cover slow cooker, cook for 8 hours on low heat setting or 4 hours on high setting.
  5. Remove roast from slow cooker, cover, and keep warm.
  6. In a small cup, mix the water and cornstarch until smooth. Add to mixture remaining in slow cooker, place in a microwave safe bowl and microwave on high for 2 minutes. Stir after 1 minute. Serve with roast.
