0.3333 cup  olive oil
3 each  medium garlic cloves
1 lb  fresh medium mushrooms
3 tbsp  balsamic vinegar
3 tbsp  white wine
1 pinch  salt and pepper
  1. Saute the garlic in olive oil for 1 to 2 minutes. (Do not allow garlic to brown).
  2. Add mushrooms and cook 2 more minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Stir in balsamic vinegar and wine, cook another 2 minutes and serve.
