Ingredients Directions
  1. In a shallow dish, mix soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, lemon juice, pepper and oil.
  2. Add pork chops, coating evenly.
  3. Cover, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  4. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  5. Place marinated pork chops in a roasting pan, and cook in preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes, basting meat often with marinade.
