8 oz  tuna steaks
1 each  chopped green bell peppers
1 cup  fresh diced pineapple
0 1/4 cup  fresh lemon juice
0 1/4 cup  white wine
2 tsp  minced garlic
1 tsp  ground oregano
1 tsp  olive oil
0 1/2 tsp  salt
1 each  cooking spray
Directions
  1. Preheat grill.
  2. Using four 12-inch metal skewers, alternately thread the tuna, green pepper, and pineapple.
  3. In small bowl, mix lemon juice, white wine, garlic, oregano, oil, and salt. Brush onto kabobs.
  4. Coat grill rack with cooking spray and place over medium hot grill. Place kabobs on rack, cover, and grill 8-12 minutes. Continue basting and turning occasionally.
