8 each  eggs
1 cup  whole milk
0 1/2 tsp  seasoned salt
3 oz  Lunchmeat, ham, cooked, resealable
0 1/2 cup  Cheese, cheddar, sharp, shredded
0 1/2 cup  Cheese, mozzarella, shredded
1 tbsp  minced onion
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Grease one 8x8 inch casserole dish.
  3. Beat together the eggs and milk.
  4. Mix in seasoning salt, ham, Cheddar cheese, Mozzarella cheese and minced onion. Pour into prepared casserole dish.
  5. Bake uncovered for 40 to 45 minutes.
