1 1/2 lb  Crab, blue, raw
1 each  cooking spray
2 tbsp  mayonnaise
2 tbsp  dijon mustard
1 1/2 oz  yellow onion
1 each  eggs
1 pinch  tabasco sauce
Directions
  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. Lightly coat broiler pan with cooking spray.
  3. Combing all ingredients in bowl, mix well.
  4. Form crab mixture into 6 equal round cakes, transfer to broiler pan.
  5. Place under broiler, at least 6 inches from heat.
  6. Cook for 3 minutes on each side, until lightly browned.
