4 each  medium oranges
4 each  medium pink grapefruit
2 cup  Grapes, Thompson seedless, fresh
1 each  red onion
2 each  head bibb lettuce
0 1/4 cup  sliced almonds
0 1/2 cup  sugar
1 tsp  dry mustard
0.3333 cup  cider vinegar
2 tbsp  fresh chopped onion
0 1/2 cup  light mayonnaise
0 1/2 cup  fat free sour cream
1 1/2 tbsp  poppy seeds
Directions
  1. Place lettuce leaves onto 8 salad plates. Evenly place fruit, onion, and toasted almonds onto each plate.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk sugar, dry mustard, vinegar, chopped onion, mayonnaise, sour cream, and poppy seeds. Pour 3 tablespoons over each salad.
