3 each  medium apples
8 oz  Yogurt, lemon, lowfat
0.3333 cup  fresh chopped celery
0 1/2 cup  Cranberries, sweetened, dried, Craisins
2 tbsp  chopped walnuts
0.125 tsp  salt
0 1/4 tsp  black pepper
  1. Cut each apple, first into 8 wedges, then cut each wedge into chunks.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the yogurt, celery, cranberries, walnut, salt, and pepper, mix well. Add the apple and stir to coat.
