1 1/2 lb  fresh asparagus
1 tsp  peanut oil
0 1/2 cup  low sodium chicken broth
1 tbsp  cornstarch
1 tsp  sugar
2 tbsp  low sodium soy sauce
1 tbsp  sesame seeds
  1. Trim tough ends of asparagus and diagonally cut into 2" pieces.
  2. Coat large skillet with cooking spray and heat oil over medium high until hot.
  3. Add asparagus and sauté 2 minutes, stirring continuously.
  4. Slowly add 1/4 cup broth, cover, and cook until asparagus is tender crisp, about 4 minutes.
  5. In separate cup or bowl, mix remaining 1/4 cup of broth, cornstarch, sugar, and soy sauce, stirring until smooth.
  6. Slowly pour into asparagus. Bring to boil, stirring continuously and cooking for 1 minute. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
