4 cup  Brussels Sprouts, fresh
16 oz  Carrots, fresh, baby, medium
1 cup  Marmalade, orange
0 1/2 tsp  ground ginger
0 1/4 tsp  salt
  1. In a large pot, boil Brussels sprouts and carrots, covered, until tender yet crisp, about 10 minutes.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the marmalade, ginger, and salt.
  3. Drain vegetables and place in a serving bowl.
  4. Pour marmalade glaze on top, mix well and serve right away.
