2 tsp  margarine
8 oz  yellow bell pepper strips
1 cup  red bell peppers, sliced
0 1/2 lb  fresh okra pods
2 tbsp  fresh cilantro
0 1/4 tsp  salt
0 1/4 tsp  black pepper
  1. In large wok, melt margarine over medium heat, add peppers and sauté for 4 minutes.
  2. Lower heat, add okra, cover and cook until tender, roughly 15 minutes.
  3. Add cilantro, salt, and pepper, and serve.
