1 1/2 cup  Soybeans, edamame, shelled
0 1/2 cup  cold water
0 1/4 cup  fresh chopped red onion
3 tbsp  fresh cilantro
2 tbsp  rice vinegar
1 tbsp  olive oil
0 1/2 tsp  salt
1 1/2 tsp  Chile Peppers, puree, with garlic
16 oz  canned cannellini beans
  1. Using a food processor or blender, pulse the entire list of ingredients until creamy and there are no lumps. Serve right away or refrigerate.
