1 tsp  chili powder
0 1/2 tsp  salt
0 1/4 tsp  ground cinnamon
0 1/4 tsp  ground red pepper (cayenne)
0 1/4 tsp  black pepper
1 1/2 tbsp  olive oil
1 each  medium garlic cloves
3 each  sweet potatoes
3 each  potatoes, fresh, medium
  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
  2. In a large plastic bag with a zip top, mix the chili powder, salt, cinnamon, red and black pepper, olive oil, and garlic, add potatoes, seal bag and shake to coat potatoes well.
  3. Place potatoes on a baking sheet and bake until tender, 35-40 minutes.
