1 each  cooking spray
16 oz  low fat cream cheese
0 3/4 cup  sugar
1 each  raw egg yolks
1 tsp  vanilla extract
16 oz  Rolls Dough, crescent, refrigerated
1 each  egg whites
2 tsp  sugar
0 1/2 tsp  ground cinnamon
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Grease a 13 x 9 inch pan with cooking spray.
  3. Stir together cream cheese, sugar, egg yolk, and vanilla extract; make sure mixture is fully combined.
  4. Open one can of dough and lay on the bottom of greased pan. Spoon cream cheese mix onto dough, making sure all dough is covered.
  5. Open the other can of dough and lay on top of cream cheese. Coat the surface of the dough with the egg white.
  6. Dust a mixture of sugar and cinnamon over surface and move to oven. Bake until dough is puffed, about 25 minutes.
  7. Cool, then move to refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Slice into 36 equal pieces.
