1 tsp  olive oil
0 3/4 lb  Pea Pods, sugar snap, fresh, whole
0 1/4 cup  fresh basil
0 1/2 tsp  lemon zest
0 1/4 tsp  salt
0 1/4 tsp  white pepper
  1. In large pan, heat oil over medium-high. Add sugar snap peas and sauté until tender crisp, stirring continuously, about 3 minutes.
  2. Add basil, lemon rind, salt, and pepper. Cook additional minute, stirring continuously. Serve immediately.
