3 tbsp  frozen orange juice concentrate
1 each  cooking spray
1 oz  honey
1 tsp  dried basil
0 1/4 tsp  garlic powder
0 1/4 tsp  hot pepper sauce
16 oz  halibut fillets
  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. In small bowl, mix orange juice concentrate, honey, basil, garlic powder, and hot sauce.
  3. Coat broiler pan with cooking spray.
  4. Place fish on broiler pan.
  5. Brush fish with glaze.
  6. Cook 5" from heat for 5 minutes per side or until fish flakes easily with fork.
