Ingredients Directions
  1. Omitting any salt or fat, begin by cooking the mixed vegetables according to their package directions. Drain, and then stirring gently, combine the cooked vegetables with the cheese, water chestnuts, onion, and mayonnaise substitute.
  2. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F and then spoon the mixture into a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish coated with cooking spray. Bake for 20 minutes, or until heated thoroughly.
