1 1/2 lb  fresh cod fillets
1 each  cooking spray
1 1/2 cup  fat free milk
1 each  medium onions
1 tsp  lemon pepper seasoning
1 tsp  chopped parsley
1 pinch  salt
1 tbsp  fresh lemon juice
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Rinse cod filets and pat them dry. Lay the fish in a single layer in cooking spray coated baking dish.
  3. Mix together milk, onion, lemon pepper, parsley, and salt; pour over fish filets.
  4. Drizzle lemon juice over the filets.
  5. Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until fish is firm and can be flaked with a fork.
