1 tsp  olive oil
1 cup  chopped zucchini
0 1/2 cup  minced onion
1 each  medium garlic cloves
2 cup  chopped tomato
2 tbsp  fresh basil
0 1/4 tsp  salt
0 1/4 tsp  black pepper
24 oz  raw halibut fillets
0.3333 cup  Cheese, feta, crumbled
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
  2. Grease a shallow baking dish.
  3. Heat olive oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Stir in zucchini, onion, and garlic. Cook and stir 5 minutes or until tender.
  4. Remove saucepan from heat and add tomatoes, basil, salt, and pepper.
  5. Lay halibut steaks in a single layer in the prepared baking dish. Spoon equal amounts of the zucchini mixture over each steak and top with feta cheese.
  6. Bake 15 minutes in the preheated oven, or until fish is easily flaked with a fork.
