36 each  medium garlic cloves
6 tsp  butter
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Cut aluminum foil into three 6" squares (large enough to wrap each garlic head).
  3. Cut off top 1/3 of garlic head to expose cloves.
  4. Place one garlic head in each square of foil and top with 2 teaspoons of butter.
  5. Fold up the aluminum foil packets, and arrange them in a 9 inch pie pan.
  6. Bake for 30-45 minutes, or until the garlic is soft.
