2 tbsp  fresh lime juice
1 each  Jicama, fresh, small
2 lb  Watermelon, diced, fresh
0 1/2 each  fresh pineapple
1 each  Papaya, fresh

Creamy Lime Dipping Sauce
6 oz  Yogurt, vanilla, nonfat
2 tbsp  fresh cilantro
2 tbsp  fresh lime juice
0 1/2 each  whole jalapeno pepper
  1. Combine lime juice and jicama in large bowl; toss. Drain. Arrange jicama, watermelon, pineapple and papaya on large platter. Serve with Creamy Lime Dipping Sauce. Garnish as desired.
  2. Creamy Lime Dipping Sauce: combine all ingredients in small bowl; mix well to combine.
