1 lb  ground turkey
1 cup  fresh chopped celery
0 1/2 cup  sliced carrots
0 1/2 cup  fresh chopped onion
1 each  medium garlic cloves
3 cup  unsalted tomato juice
2 cup  frozen cut green beans
1 cup  fresh mushroom slices
0 1/2 cup  chopped tomato
2 tsp  italian seasoning
1 1/2 tsp  Worcestershire sauce
0 1/4 tsp  black pepper
1 each  bay leaves
  1. In a large skillet cook turkey, celery, carrot, onion, and garlic over medium heat until turkey is no longer pink. Drain off fat.
  2. Transfer turkey mixture to a 3 1/2 or 4 quart slow cooker.
  3. Stir in tomato juice, frozen green beans, mushrooms, tomato, Italian seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, pepper, and bay leaf.
  4. Cover and cook on low heat setting for 5 to 6 hours or on high heat setting for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
  5. Remove and discard bay leaf.
