15 1/2 oz  canned garbanzo beans
3 oz  fat free cream cheese
1 tbsp  fresh lemon juice
0 1/4 cup  fresh chopped green onion
1 tsp  horseradish
0 1/2 tsp  salt
  1. Combine garbanzo beans, 1/4 cup reserved liquid, cream cheese, lemon juice, green onions, 1 teaspoon horseradish, and salt in a food processor or blender and pulse until creamy.
  2. Season to taste with additional horseradish and salt. Cover and chill. Serve at room temperature.
