4 piece  Bread, white, country
0 1/2 lb  smoked turkey sausage
1 lb  ground turkey
1 each  Eggs, large, raw
1 1/2 cup  fat free milk
2 tbsp  fresh chopped green onion
1 tsp  ground sage leaves
0 1/2 tsp  salt
0 1/2 tsp  black pepper
0 1/2 tsp  white pepper
0 1/4 tsp  ground cayenne (red pepper)
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Slice bread into cubes and pulse in a food processor or blender to make crumbs. Pour 2 cups into a bowl.
  3. Squash sausages to remove insides from casings. Combine sausage insides with bread crumbs. Mix in remaining ingredients.
  4. Arrange meatloaf in a 5 by 9 inch loaf pan and move to oven. Bake about 1 1/2 hours or until meatloaf is firm in middle.
  5. Let cool. Wrap with plastic wrap and chill at least 3 hours or until completely cold. Serve cold, cut into 8 even slices.
