12 oz  PLANTERS Pecan Halves
6 oz  pine nuts
0 3/4 cup  pumpkin seeds
0.3333 cup  pistachios
2 tbsp  vegetable oil
1 tbsp  sugar
0 1/2 tsp  ground cayenne (red pepper)
0 1/2 tsp  salt
0 1/2 tsp  chili powder
1 each  cooking spray
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
  2. In large bowl, combine pecans, pine nut, pumpkin seeds, pistachios, and oil. Toss to coat well.
  3. In small bowl, mix sugar, cayenne pepper, and chili powder. Add spices to nuts. Toss to coat evenly.
  4. Coat 10" x 15" baking sheet with cooking spray. Spoon nuts evenly onto prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake 10 minutes. Stir nuts. Bake 10 additional minutes. Remove from oven. Cool to room temperature and serve.
