18 oz  sweet potatoes, peeled and cooked
1 cup  brown sugar substitute, granulated
0 1/4 cup  whole milk
1 each  eggs
1 tbsp  butter
1 tsp  vanilla extract
1 each  cooking spray
1 tbsp  white whole wheat flour
1 tbsp  butter
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Combine sweet potatoes, 3/4 cup brown sugar substitute, milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla. Stir well.
  3. Coat 9" x 9" baking dish with cooking spray.
  4. Spoon mixture into prepared dish.
  5. In separate bowl, combine flour and remaining brown sugar substitute. Cut in 1 tablespoon butter. Mix until crumbly. Sprinkle over the potatoes.
  6. Bake 35 minutes, or until thoroughly heated.
