2 1/2 tbsp  light mayonnaise
1 1/2 tbsp  dijon mustard
1 tsp  tarragon, leaves, ground
4 each  English Muffin, whole wheat
0 1/2 cup  fresh chopped green onion
4 oz  Cheese, Swiss
  1. Preheat the broiler. Mix the mayonnaise, mustard, and tarragon in a bowl.
  2. Smear 1 1/2 teaspoons of the tarragon mixture on each half of the English muffins and set on a baking sheet. Sprinkle with onion and cheese.
  3. Broil for 3 minutes or until the edges are slightly brown and the cheese has melted.
