  1. In a large skillet, cook chicken and garlic in oil until browned; about 6 minutes.
  2. Transfer to a greased 8-inch square baking dish.
  3. In a bowl, combine Polaner Sugar Free with Fiber Apricot Preserves, barbeque sauce, water and onion soup mix; pour over chicken.
  4. Bake, uncovered at 375 degrees F. for 25 to 30 minutes or until juices run clear.
  5. Serve with rice.
