Ingredients Directions
  1. Heat oil in saute pan. Add garlic, shallots, onion, pepper, and thyme.
  2. Saute 5 -10 minutes until onion is translucent. Remove from pan and set aside.
  3. Season chicken breast with salt and pepper and add to the same pan.
  4. Saute until slightly browned on both sides 10 to 15 minutes.
  5. Remove chicken then return onion mix into same pan and add Polaner Sugar Free with Fiber Raspberry Preserves; stir to mix.
  6. Return chicken and simmer in mix 2 minutes.
