1 cup  fat free sour cream
1 1/2 tbsp  dried dill weed
4 tsp  extra virgin olive oil
2 tsp  fresh lime juice
1 tsp  dijon mustard
0 1/2 tsp  salt
0 1/4 tsp  hot pepper sauce
2 1/2 cup  Cucumber, with skin, fresh, slices
  1. Put all of the ingredients except for the slices of cucumber in a bowl and mix until blended.
  2. Serve with the cucumbers.
