2 each  Bagels, country potato
2 oz  fat free cream cheese
1 tsp  oregano leaves
0 1/2 cup  chopped tomato
4 tsp  capers, drained
4 oz  medium celery stalk
0 3/4 cup  baby carrots
  1. Put the bagels in a toaster until lightly browned. Spread 1/2 ounce of cream cheese on each half.
  2. Evenly sprinkle the bagels with tomatoes, caper, and oregano. Serve with the veggies.
