6 each  boneless pork loin
1 pinch  salt and pepper
0 1/2 tsp  ground thyme
1 cup  Marmalade, orange
0.3333 cup  dijon mustard
0 1/4 cup  cold water
  1. Remove excess fat from chops. Sprinkle both sides of chops lightly with salt and pepper. Place chops in a 3 1/2-or 4-quart slow cooker; sprinkle with thyme. Combine in a small bowl the orange marmalade and mustard. For glaze, remove 2 tablespoons of the mixture for the glaze; cover and chill until needed. Combine remaining marmalade mixture and water. Pour over chops.
  2. Cover and cook on low-heat setting for 6 to 7 hours or on high-heat setting for 3 to 3 1/2 hours. Remove pork chops to a serving platter, discard cooking liquid. Spread reserved marmalade glaze over chops.
