Ingredients Directions
  1. Cook the pasta according to the package directions, omitting any salt or fat. Drain well, and then place in a large bowl to keep warm.
  2. In a small saucepan, combine the milk and egg and cook over low heat, stirring constantly with a wire whisk, for 1 to 2 minutes.
  3. Stir in the cheese and pimiento and remove the pan from the heat.
  4. Pour the cheese mixture over the pasta and toss to coat. Serve immediately.
