4 each  Banana, medium, fresh
0.3333 cup  maple syrup
1 tsp  vanilla extract
1 pinch  salt
  1. Peel bananas and place in a freezer-safe storage bag with a zip top; seal and freeze overnight.
  2. Slice frozen bananas and place in food processor or blender with syrup, vanilla, and salt. Blend until creamy, about 2 minutes. Serve immediately.
