0 1/2 cup  Preserves, apricot, low sugar
0 1/4 cup  low sodium teriyaki sauce
1 tbsp  brown sweetener
1 tsp  cornstarch
1 tsp  cider vinegar
0 1/4 tsp  salt
12 each  chicken drumsticks, raw
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk the apricot preserves, teriyaki sauce, brown sweetener, cornstarch, vinegar, and salt until well blended. Add chicken and toss to coat well.
  3. Spoon chicken and sauce into a 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 inch jelly roll pan, bake for 15 minutes.
  4. Remove pan carefully with oven safe mitt and brush with sauce.
  5. Continue cooking, basting every five minutes until cooked thoroughly, about 20 more minutes.
  6. Remove chicken from oven, brush with sauce, and let cool in pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a serving plate. Top with remaining sauce.
