1 1/2 cup  Apples, fresh, chopped
1 1/2 cup  Apples, fresh, chopped
1 cup  fresh chopped celery
0 3/4 cup  Apples, fresh, chopped
0 1/2 cup  Grapes, fresh
0 1/2 cup  Raisins, golden, seedless
0 1/4 cup  chopped pecans
0 1/2 cup  plain nonfat yogurt
2 tbsp  honey
1 tbsp  white wine vinegar
1 1/2 tsp  dijon mustard
  1. In a large bowl, mix together all the apples with the celery, grapes, raisins, and pecans.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the yogurt, honey, vinegar, and mustard, pour over apple mixture and mix well.
  3. Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes. Serve.
