16 oz  boneless pork chops
0 1/2 tsp  fresh thyme
0 1/4 tsp  black pepper
0.125 tsp  Salt Substitute, Cardia Salt
1 tsp  olive oil
0 1/2 each  medium onions
3 each  medium red bell peppers
1 each  medium garlic cloves
1 tbsp  red wine vinegar
  1. Mix together the thyme, pepper, and salt and season both sides of pork with it.
  2. Spray an large nonstick pan or wok with nonstick cooking spray and heat over medium high heat, add pork and cook until brown on both sides, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Remove from pan, set aside, and keep warm.
  4. Add oil to pan and return to heat until hot, sauté onions and sweet pepper until tender crisp, about 5 minutes then add garlic.
  5. Return pork to pan, cover, reduce heat and cook until vegetables are tender and pork is completely cooked, about 10 minutes.
  6. Drizzle with vinegar.
