Ingredients Directions
  1. In a medium bowl, mix the ice cream with the cinnamon and stir well.
  2. Cover and place in freezer until firm.
  3. In a pot, heat the sugar, apple juice, margarine, lemon juice, and allspice, to a boil over medium heat.
  4. Add in thawed peaches and cook until heated through, about 5 minutes.
  5. Spoon 1/2 cup of peach mixture into dessert bowl, add 1/4 cup cinnamon ice cream and 1 teaspoon of pecans.
