6 tbsp  margarine
1 1/2 cup  packed dark brown sugar
0 1/2 cup  liquid egg substitute
2 tsp  vanilla extract
2 cup  white all purpose flour
1 tsp  low sodium baking powder
0 1/4 tsp  baking soda
0 1/2 tsp  salt
10 tbsp  Baking Chips, butterscotch morsels
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Spray nonstick cooking spray into a 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan.
  3. In a medium bowl, beat margarine with an electric mixer at medium speed until creamy.
  4. Continue beating and slowly add in sugar until well mixed.
  5. Add egg mixture and vanilla; beat well.
  6. In a separate bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt, mix well.
  7. Add dry mixture to wet mixture and beat well.
  8. Stir in butterscotch morsels and spoon into coated pan.
  9. Bake until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, about 25 minutes. Cool completely and cut into 30 squares.
