1 1/2 cup  sugar
0 1/2 cup  cold water
0.3333 cup  Syrup, corn, light
2 tbsp  Cocoa Powder, unsweetened
1 tsp  vanilla extract
0 1/2 tsp  baking soda
0 1/4 tsp  salt
7 cup  Popcorn, air popped
0 1/2 cup  dry roasted unsalted peanuts
Directions
  1. In a nonstick pot, add in the sugar, water, corn syrup, and cocoa, stirring until smooth.
  2. Cook over medium high heat, boil and continue cooking until it reaches the hard crack stage, stir occasionally.
  3. While mixture is cooking, spray nonstick cooking spray onto a baking sheet and set aside.
  4. When done, remove pot from heat and add in the vanilla, baking soda, and salt; then add in the popped corn and peanuts.
  5. Working quickly, toss gently, and spread onto greased baking sheet, cool.
  6. Break into pieces and store in an airtight container.
