2 each  medium avocadoes
1 tbsp  grated orange peel
0.125 tsp  ground ginger
1 tsp  salt
1 pinch  black pepper
3 cup  Milk, 2%, with add vitamin A & D
Directions
  1. Peel avocados and remove the pits.
  2. Chop flesh into chunks.
  3. Put into blender adding the orange peel, ginger, salt ,and pepper.
  4. Blend well, pouring in milk a little at a time, until mixture is smooth.
  5. Pour into dish, cover, and refrigerate.
  6. Serve chilled.
