Ingredients Directions
  1. Pour the oil in a deep skillet and heat until it begins to smoke.
  2. While the oil is heating, place the artichoke hearts, cauliflower, olives, mushrooms, and milk in a shallow bowl. Let the veggies soak.
  3. Put the soaked vegetables in a plastic bag and add the flour. Shake the vegetables so that they are completely covered with flour. Remove from the bag and place in a strainer to shake off extra flour.
  4. Place the vegetables in the oil in batches and fry until golden brown, about 3 minutes.
  5. Place the cooked vegetables on a paper towel and sprinkle salt and pepper to season. Serve with the lemon wedges.
