Ingredients Directions
  1. Preheat the broiler. Place the tuna in a bowl and cover with the mustard.
  2. Skewer the tuna, mushrooms, pepper, zucchini, pineapple, and cherry tomatoes. Repeat this order twice. Begin and end with a piece of tuna.
  3. Season each skewer with salt and pepper. Spray a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray. Put the skewers on the sheet and bake for approximately 6 minutes.
