Ingredients Directions
  1. Brush dressing on one side of one slice of bread, top with basil, if desired, peppers, cheese, and second bread slice.
  2. Lightly spray both sides of sandwich with cooking spray.
  3. Heat skillet over medium heat until hot. Place sandwich in skillet and grill 4 to 5 minutes on each side or until brown and cheese is melted.
  4. Cut in half before serving, if desired.
