2 tbsp  Butter, unsalted
1 lb  baby carrots
0 1/4 cup  fresh dill weed
1 pinch  salt and pepper
  1. Put the butter in a deep skillet and place a lid on top to melt.
  2. Place the carrots in the skillet and cook over medium heat for about 35 minutes, shaking the skillet sporadically, without removing the lid, to mix.
  3. Once the carrots are tender, let sit to allow the excess moisture to evaporate. Add the dill, salt, and pepper and toss to mix.
