Ingredients Directions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Place turkey in roasting pan with rack. Spread olive oil on turkey breast. Make sure turkey does not rest in its juices as it cooks.
  3. In small bowl, mix lemon pepper and ground sage. Season turkey breast with sage mixture.
  4. Put roasting pan in oven and cook for approximately 45 minutes. Reduce temperature to 300°F and cook for about 1-1/2 hours, or until a meat thermometer inserted in the breast reads.165°F.
