6 each  whole wheat tortillas
0 3/4 lb  cooked chicken breast, diced
0 3/4 cup  salsa
0 1/4 tsp  ground cayenne (red pepper)
0 1/4 tsp  chili powder
1 cup  chopped red bell peppers
1 cup  Cheese, cheddar, sharp, shredded
1 tbsp  fresh cilantro
6 tbsp  reduced fat sour cream
2 tbsp  canned black olives
1 pinch  salt and pepper
1 each  cooking spray
Directions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Coat each tortilla with the nonstick cooking spray.
  3. Arrange the tortillas on a baking sheet and put in the oven to toast for about 2 minutes. Remove and decrease the temperature to 375 degrees.
  4. Combine the chicken, salsa, cayenne pepper, chili powder, red pepper, salt, and pepper in a bowl and mix.
  5. Place one sixth of the chicken mixture on each tortilla.
  6. Sprinkle one sixth of the cheddar cheese on top of each tortilla.
  7. Place in the oven and cook for about 5 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
  8. Put 1/2 teaspoon cilantro, 1 tablespoon sour cream, and 1 teaspoon black olives on top of each tostada and serve.
